0.8mm thick GI sheet with infill of Honeycomb (Papercore).Both faces of
sheet to have lock seam joints at stile edges and internal reinforcement
at top, bottom and stile edges. The door frames are manufactured from
1.2mm thick GI sheet pressed form to Single rebate profile of size
100x57mm ( nominal ). The door frames and door shutters are primed
with etch primer and finished with Powder Coating in desired shade .
The shutter would be mounted with SS Ball Bearing Hinges of size
100mm x 75mm x 3.0mm ( 3Nos per leaf),( payable in seperate item),
appropriate openings for view panel glass & other hardware as per
approval.
